چکیده

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) can grow well in soil and environmental conditions that are under growing requirements accompanied by good management also. The land is a natural resource with permanent nature, while the human need for continues to increase high nutrients sugarcane causes rapid decline soil, especially monoculture sugarcane. This study aims determine effect of response growth on depth juringan dosage P fertilizer. experiment was carried out at Wedomartani Experimental Garden, Ngemplak, Sleman, Yogyakarta from January March (3 months). used factorial randomized block design. first factor rod three treatments, namely: 15 cm (K0), 30 (K1), 45 (K2). second fertilizer without (P0), 13 g / seed (P1), 22 (P2). Six treatment combinations were repeated times so there 27 experimental units. Each unit consisted two plants, total 54 plants. results showed no interaction between different depths net dosing all observed variables. Application fertilizers had single plant height, number tillers, leaves. (22 seed) resulted higher height tillers compared fertilizer.

Tissue Culture Strategies in Sugarcane (saccharum Officinarum L.)

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) has wide range of economic importance due to its major and by-products. Seed multiplication of newly released varieties of sugarcane is one of the major constraints. Once a desired clone is identified, it usually takes 6-7 years to produce sufficient quality of improved seed material. This long duration causes a major bottleneck in breeding programmes. For t...

Pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) composed of two functionally-connected phases, the oxidative and non-oxidative phase. Both phases catalysed by a series of enzymes. Transketolase is one of key enzymes of non-oxidative phase in which transfer two carbon units from fructose-6-phosphate to erythrose-4-phosphate and convert glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate to xylulose-5-phosphate. In plant, erythrose-4-ph...
